Alan H. Matsumoto, MD, FSIR, FACR, FAHA

Dr. Matsumoto is a Professor of Radiology and former Chair of the Department of Radiology at the University of Virginia. He received his MD at Wake Forest University Bowman Gray Medical School and completed his residencies in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts and in diagnostic radiology at the University of North Carolina. He also completed fellowship training in vascular and interventional radiology at Georgetown University.

He is currently the Chair of the ACR Board of Chancellors.
