What hotel are we staying at for this event?
– Doubletree by Hilton Washington DC-Crystal City, 300 Army Navy Dr, Arlington, VA 22202.

Is there a discounted block of rooms for Showcase attendees/participants?
-Yes, we have a limited block of reserved rooms available on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

How long is this block of rooms available?
-The room block will be available until March 16th, 2018.

Is there a shuttle available for attendees at the hotel?
-There will only be a shuttle provided on Tuesday morning for those going to the Hall of States. (insert more shuttle details when we have them)

Is there a metro near the hotel?
–Yes, Crystal City Metro station.

Are there any events happening at the hotel I need to be aware of?
-The only event happening at the hotel for all attendees will be the poster reception on Monday evening from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
