Vivek Yedavalli, MD, MS

Dr. Vivek Yedavalli completed his medical degree at Wright State University School of Medicine in 2013. He then completed residencies in diagnostic radiology, first at the John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County and then at the Advocate Illinois. His fellowship was in neuroradiology and completed at Stanford University. Dr. Yedavalli’s primary research focus has been the application of perfusion imaging on MRI and CT as biomarkers for functional outcomes in acute ischemic stroke caused by a vessel occlusion for diagnosis and prognostication. He currently serves as the Chair of Neuroradiology at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
